南京銀行(601009.SH)變更註冊資本獲得批覆
格隆匯6月23日丨南京銀行(601009.SH)公佈,公司於2020年4月完成非公開發行股票,此次非公開發行股票使公司普通股股本增加,公司註冊資本相應增加。公司就變更註冊資本事項向中國銀行保險監督管理委員會江蘇監管局(以下簡稱“中國銀保監會江蘇監管局”)提出了申請。
近日,公司收到中國銀保監會江蘇監管局下發的《中國銀保監會江蘇監管局關於南京銀行變更註冊資本的批覆》,同意公司註冊資本由人民幣84.82億元變更為人民幣100.07億元。公司隨後將履行工商變更登記備案等相關手續。
