市北高新(600604.SH)擬開展商業不動產抵押貸款資產支持專項計劃
格隆匯6月23日丨市北高新(600604.SH)公佈,為優化資產負債結構,拓寬融資渠道,公司擬採用CMBS(商業不動產抵押貸款資產支持證券)模式,即以公司全資子公司上海市北高新欣雲投資有限公司(以下簡稱“市北高新欣雲”或“項目公司”)所持有的市北•壹中心房屋所有權及對應土地使用權(以下簡稱“目標物業”)作為資產支持、以目標物業產生的現金流作為支撐,通過設立信託計劃,並以相應信託受益權作為基礎資產發起設立不超過人民幣21億元的資產支持專項計劃。
