软银集团展开减持210亿美元T-Mobile权益交易
外电报道,日本软银集团周一(22日)展开一系列交易,减持价值逾210亿美元的美国第三大流动通讯商T-Mobile US,以为410亿美元回购计划准备资金及减债。
即使新冠疫情对经济带来不确定性,自3月中旬以来,软银股价累升逾倍,源於创办人兼社长孙正义减持如其他公司权益,如阿里(09988.HK)。
许多由软银出售的T-Mobile股份由T-Mobile接盘,随後向私人投资者或在公开市场出售。据监管文件指,软银行政总裁Marcelo Claure将购入逾5亿美元的T-Mobile股份。
软银最终将减持其对T-Mobile已发行股本24.6%持仓的三分之二,并授予T-Mobile最大股东德国电信认股权,以购买余下T-Mobile权益,认股权将於2024年届满。软银将向T-Mobile支付3亿美元费用以促进交易。
高盛、大摩、花旗及摩通获委任为联席牵头簿记人,巴克莱为牵头经销商、以及德银证券为联席经销商。
