城建發展(600266.SH):子公司擬申請備案併發行總額度不超10億元債權融資計劃
格隆匯6月19日丨城建發展(600266.SH)公佈,公司第七屆董事會第三十九次會議召開,審議通過關於北京城建興華地產有限公司在北京金融資產交易所發行不超過10億元債權融資計劃並由公司為其提供擔保的議案;
同意公司的全資子公司北京城建興華地產有限公司向北京金融資產交易所申請備案併發行總額度不超過人民幣10億元的債權融資計劃,期限不超過2年,並由公司提供連帶責任保證擔保。
根據公司對外擔保授權,上述擔保已經股東大會授權董事會批準。
