大連港(02880.HK)擬吸收合併營口港務及增發A股 A股22日起停牌
格隆匯6月19日丨大連港(02880.HK)公佈,由於公司與營口港務股份有限公司正考慮由公司對營口港務股份有限公司進行吸收合併及發行新A股股票募集配套資金,當中存在重大不確定性,故公司已要求自2020年6月22日起,暫停買賣於上交所掛牌的A股,以保證公平信息披露,維護投資者利益,避免造成股價異常波動。公司將按照中國相關規定及法規,積極推進交易事項的有關工作,公司A股建議停牌預計不會超過十個交易日,而公司將就此作出進一步公告。
A股暫停買賣期間,公司於香港聯交所的H股買賣仍繼續進行。
