格隆匯 6 月 19日丨東方報業集團(00018.HK)發佈公告,截至2020年3月31日止年度,實現收入8.23億港元,同比下降8.73%;公司擁有人應占年度虧損1098.7萬港元,上年同期盈利8138.8萬港元;基本每股虧損0.46港仙;不派息。
報告年度,集團經審核綜合年度虧損為港幣1156.7萬元,與去年同期溢利比較,相差港幣9267.2萬元,下跌114%,主要由於印刷媒體業務收入減少,香港及澳洲的投資物業公允價值下跌及澳元匯率產生匯兑損失所致。若剔除投資物業公允價值的變動及澳元匯兑損失的影響,集團來自主要業務的年度溢利為港幣7175.3萬元。
