中國能源建設(03996.HK)發行10億元公司債券
格隆匯6月19日丨中國能源建設(03996.HK)公告,公司已於近日發行2020年度第一期可續期公司債券,本期債券的發行規模不超過人民幣15億元,實際發行額為人民幣10億元,期限為3+N,在每3個計息年度末附發行人續期選擇權、遞延支付利息權及發行人贖回選擇權,票面金額為人民幣100元,票面利率為3.50%。
本期債券由中信建投證券股份有限公司為牽頭主承銷商,中國國際金融股份有限公司和中銀國際證券股份有限公司為聯席主承銷商。本期債券募集資金扣除發行費用後擬用於償還公司債務和補充流動資金。
