*ST新海(002089.SZ)擬增加經營範圍“許可項目：第一類增值電信業務”
格隆匯 6 月 19日丨*ST新海(002089.SZ)公佈，公司於2020年06月19日召開了第七屆董事會第十三次會議，會議審議通過了《關於增加公司經營範圍及修訂<公司章程>部分條款的議案》，議案尚需提交公司2019年度股東大會審議。具體內容如下：
根據公司業務發展的需要，公司擬在原經營範圍的基礎上增加“許可項目：第一類增值電信業務(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後，方可開展經營活動；具體經營項目以審批結果為準)。”(實際情況以工商行政管理部門核准情況為準)
變更前的經營範圍如下：
通信網絡設備及配套軟件、相關電子產品、安裝線纜、電器機械及器材、報警系統出入口控制設備、報警系統視頻監控設備及其他安全技術防範產品的開發、製造、加工、銷售，電子工程施工，自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務，通信產品的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術承包、技術協作、技術服務；信息技術服務、信息系統服務、信息技術基礎設施管理；電動汽車充電裝置、低壓無功功率補償裝置、高低壓電器元件及成套設備的研發、生產和銷售，並提供相關技術諮詢、技術服務、技術轉讓、安裝、調試及其它售後服務；新能源汽車的銷售；新能源動力電池零部件、新能源汽車配件的生產、銷售、相關技術研發、技術諮詢、技術服務。(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)
變更後的經營範圍如下：
