鼎豐集團(06878.HK)發新股收購土地權益 涉資2.3億
鼎豐集團控股(06878.HK)公布,向獨立第三方蔡芳向收購威海中天49%及上杭豐達51%權益,總代價2.11億人民幣(約2.32億港元),將透過發行5.8億股代價股支付,佔公司擴大後股本8.05%;發行價0.4元,較上交易日(18日)收報折讓12.09%。
完成後,公司將持有威海中天100%權益,其持有位於山東省威海市的住宅用地,現正興建名為龍都麗景的住宅發展項目。上杭豐達持有位於上杭縣臨城鎮佔地總面積約為69,994平方米之土地。
