兩連板的紫光學大(000526.SZ)：截至目前學大教育在北京等部分省市線下教學仍處於停滯狀態
格隆匯 6 月 18日丨連續2個漲停的紫光學大(000526.SZ)發佈股票交易異常波動公告，公司的主營業務是教育培訓業務，依託於學大教育的平台，以“一對一”教學輔導為主，目前主要通過線下(實體)培訓中心為國內K12範疇有課外輔導需求的學生提供專業化的個性化培訓業務，2019年度公司線下教育收入約佔總收入的98.7%，在線教育收入約佔到總收入的1.3%。
受新冠肺炎疫情的影響，公司子公司學大教育的線下教學於2020年上半年度均曾出現停滯的情況，截至目前，學大教育在北京等部分省市線下教學仍處於停滯狀態，同時公司運營成本相對剛性，對公司2020年春季、暑期課程招生和業績、利潤產生了不利影響。
截至2020年6月17日，公司子公司學大教育於本年度的教育培訓業務收入約11.3億元(未經審計)，與去年同期相比下降約30%。
除此以外，近期公司經營情況及內外部經營環境未發生重大變化。
根據《中華人民共和國公司法》、《上市公司收購管理辦法(2020修正)》、《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則(2019年4月修訂)》、《首發業務若干問題解答》(2020年修訂)等相關法律、行政法規、部門規章及其他規範性文件的規定，經審慎判斷，公司認為公司目前無控股股東及無實際控制人。
公司於2020年6月3日收到股東紫光集團有限公司(“紫光集團”)發來的通知，紫光集團、紫光集團全體股東清華控股有限公司(“清華控股”)和北京健坤投資集團有限公司(“健坤投資”)與重慶兩江新區產業發展集團有限公司(“兩江產業集團”)四方於2020年6月3日共同簽署《合作框架協議》，清華控股和健坤投資擬引入重慶兩江新區管委會指定的兩江產業集團或其關聯方對紫光集團進行增資擴股。此次紫光集團增資事項尚待進一步協商、推進和落實，尚需履行多項審批程序，能否簽署正式交易文件並獲得批准，存在不確定性。
