格隆匯 6 月 18日丨北京汽車(01958.HK)公告,公司將於2020年9月4日(星期五)支付予於2020年6月29日(星期一)名列公司股東名冊的股東分配2019年度末期股息每股股份人民幣0.17元(含税),總計人民幣13.6億元。
末期股息將以人民幣向內資股股東支付,以港幣向H股股東支付,以批准通過派發股利日(即2020年6月18日)前五個工作日中國人民銀行公佈的港幣兑換人民幣的平均中間價折算,每股H股的應付末期股息金額為0.1861港元(含税)。
