莎莎國際(00178.HK)年度業績由盈轉虧至5.16億港元
格隆匯6月18日丨莎莎國際(00178.HK)公佈，截至2020年3月31日止年度，集團實現來自持續經營業務營業額57.17億港元，同比下降29.9%；毛利20.82億港元，同比下降37.2%；公司擁有人應占虧損5.16億港元，而上年同期為盈利4.71億港元；每股基本虧損16.7港仙。
值得一提的是，撇除採納香港會計準則第36號所確認的零售店鋪資產減值撥備2.71億港元及終止新加坡零售業務的虧損4080萬港元，集團於該財政年度的虧損為2.05億港元。
於該財政年度，港澳地區的零售銷售額下跌34.6%，同店銷售減少33.8%。整體交易宗數下降26.3%，其中內地旅客及本地客分別下跌45.3%和2.2%。內地旅客與本地客的銷售組合比例大幅改變，內地旅客的銷售佔比由去年的71.4%減至60.3%。
於該財政年度，集團中國內地業務的總營業額按當地貨幣計算下跌12.1%至2.43億港元，而同店銷售按當地貨幣計算則增加5.2%。於2020年3月31日，集團在中國內地經營44間店鋪，去年為54間。
集團來自馬來西亞市場的營業額為3.90億港元，按當地貨幣計算，按年增長3.6%，而同店銷售按當地貨幣計算亦微升0.9%。於2020年3月31日，集團經營79間店鋪，去年為81間。
集團電子商貿業務的營業額按年下跌12.0%至3.45億港元。雖然考拉因更換主要股東和管理層導致大幅銷售下滑，但第三方平台的銷售仍按年上升4.6%，其佔比於該財政年度上升至70%，由於天貓和京東的銷售錄得增長，以及於期內新加入了HKTVmall及蝦皮購物平台。
同時，集團披露20/21財政年度第一季營運銷售數據。由2020年4月1日至6月14日的第一季，集團的零售和批發營業額較去年同期下降69.5%。其中，港澳地區、中國內地、馬來西亞電子商貿分別按年跌75.9%、15.3%、48.9%及22.7%。此外，港澳地區同店銷售按年跌72.6%，中國內地同店銷售按年跌1.2%，馬來西亞同店銷售按年跌5.6%。
