東方證券(600958.SH)擬推員工持股計劃 金額不超4億元
格隆匯6月17日丨東方證券(600958.SH)披露員工持股計劃(草案),本次員工持股計劃的金額合計不超過人民幣4億元(含),存續期為5年。其中,公司董事、監事和高級管理人員認購比例不低於本次員工持股計劃總份額的7%,其他員工認購比例不超過本次員工持股計劃總份額的93%。公司和子公司董事、監事、最高行政人員等核心關連人士,參與持股不超過本次員工持股計劃總份額的20%。
參加本員工持股計劃的對象範圍包括:截至2020年4月30日與公司或下屬控股子公司簽訂正式勞動合同的董事、監事、高級管理人員及其他員工,預計總人數不超過4000人,具體參加人數根據員工實際繳款情況確定。
