股價翻倍靠網易！ 山東高速金融投資不再虧錢了嗎？
6月17日，港股上市公司中國山東高速金融股價維持強勢，截至發稿時間，股價大漲10.87%，報0.51港元，總市值124.707億港元。在短短半個月時間，中國山東高速金融持續被資金炒作，截至到今天股價累計漲幅達到96.15%。

消息面上，6月5日，中國山東高速金融發出指令認購網易國際發售的獲分配股份，認購款項最高金額不超過所有獲分配股份的合計國際發售價6000萬美元，合計約4.68億港元。
公司表示，經考慮網易集團的業務前景、財務表現及增長潛力，董事認為認購事項將有助集團多元化其投資組合及攫取可行的投資回報，並因此認為認購事項符合公司及其股東的整體利益。受此消息影響，當天股價大漲17.31%，之後幾天股價依舊維持強勢。
根據資料顯示，山東高速金融是山東高速集團的一級子公司和關鍵離岸金融投資平台，業務重點是金融資產投資，山東高速集團持有山東高速金融42.78%的股份。
根據2019年年報顯示，截至2019年12月31日止年度，實現收益8.94億港元，毛利5.78億港元，淨虧損約19.62億港元，公司擁有人應占虧損20.96億港元，每股基本及攤薄虧損8.57港仙。
業務來看融資租賃業務虧損約3.88億港元，主要在於集團對相關金融資產進行約3.43億港元的減值撥備，其中融資租賃應收款項減值約3.42億港元。證券投資方面，受股票市場波動影響，導致集團證券組合錄得按公允值計入損益計量之金融資產的未變現公允值虧損約13.46億港元，以及按公允值計入損益計量之金融資產的已變現虧損約1631萬港元。
在投資這塊山東高速金融虧損十幾億讓人意外，因為在2019年股票市場沒有出現比較大暴跌行情，而在A股市場雖説震盪行情但是存在結構性行情。
而此次因為認購認購網易國際發售的獲分配股份，股價被市場炒作。但是未來這個預期能否獲取收益還需要看網易在港股市場表現。現階段的股價完全是純博弈罷了。
