賞之味(08096.HK)預期年度由盈轉虧逾5600萬港元
格隆匯6月15日丨賞之味(08096.HK)發佈公告,公司預期截至2020年3月31日止年度將取得除税後虧損不少於5600萬港元,而上年度則取得除税後溢利(撇除非經常性上市開支)約1200萬港元。
該年度的虧損主要由於以下因素所致:集團的物業及設備、無形資產及使用權資產的減值虧損;自2019年6月起的社會事件以及自2019年末起爆發2019年新型冠狀病毒病導致消費者的消費情緒削弱及到店客户大幅下跌,導致餐廳收入減少;開設新餐廳的初始費用;飲食業持續面對挑戰,導致業務發展成本、員工成本及其他經營開支增加;及上市後向專業團隊支付的開支增加。
