格隆匯 6 月 15日丨展鵬科技(603488.SH)公佈,公司於2020年6月15日收到浙江如山、杭州如山、諸暨鼎信發來的《簡式權益變動報告書》,信息披露義務人合計持有公司股份比例從11.25%下降至6.25%,權益變動達到5%。
此次權益變動系受同一實際控制人控制、合計持有公司5% 以上股份的浙江如山高新創業投資有限公司(“浙江如山”)、杭州如山創業投資有限公司(“杭州如山”)和諸暨鼎信創業投資有限公司(“諸暨鼎信”)因減持公司股份及持股比例被動稀釋所致,不觸及要約收購。
