太古地產(01972.HK)預計中期純利大幅減少
格隆匯6月15日丨太古地產(01972.HK)公佈,公司預計其截至2020年6月30日止六個月的股東應占溢利將較2019年同期大幅減少。
相對於2019年首六個月在扣除遞延税項後錄得約36億港元的投資物業重估溢利,公司預計2020年首六個月在扣除遞延税項後將錄得約26億港元的投資物業重估虧損。此虧損主要反映不利的市場情況及新型冠狀病毒疫情對香港投資物業及美國零售投資物業的估值所帶來的影響。2019年首六個月錄得可觀的出售投資物業溢利,但預計此溢利於2020年首六個月不再可觀。酒店業務於2019年首六個月錄得溢利,但預計2020年首六個月將錄得虧損。
