格隆匯 6 月 15日丨廣東榕泰(600589.SH)披露公司股票可能被實施退市風險警示第一次提示性公告。公司未在法定期限內披露2019年年度報告和2020年第一季度報告,公司股票於2020年4月30日起停牌。根據《上海證券交易所股票上市規則》的有關規定,若公司在2020年6月30日前仍無法披露2019年年度報告,公司股票將被實施退市風險警示。
目前,公司董事會正在全力推進定期報告的編制工作,爭取在2020年6月30日儘早披露2019年年度報告和2020年第一季度報告。
