凱撒文化(002425.SZ):擬向銀行申請授信 以房產作抵押物
格隆匯 6 月 15日丨凱撒文化(002425.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年6月15日第六屆董事會第二十五次會議審議通過了《關於向銀行申請授信提供資產抵押擔保的議案》,根據公司日常經營業務的資金需求,公司分別向光大銀行汕頭分行、興業銀行深圳分行和南洋銀行汕頭分行申請銀行綜合授信額度分別為人民幣5000萬元、8000萬元、4000萬元;上述授信額度已包含在2019年5月22日召開的2018年度股東大會審議通過的《關於向銀行及非銀行類金融機構申請融資授信總額度的議案》的授信總額度10億元或等值外幣之內。
