宏輝果蔬(603336.SH)：2家全資子公司變更經營範圍
格隆匯6月12日丨宏輝果蔬(603336.SH)公佈，公司於近日接到全資子公司江西宏輝果蔬有限公司(“江西宏輝”)、廣州市正通物流有限公司(“廣州正通”)的通知，為了業務發展及經營管理的需要，江西宏輝、廣州正通經向地方主管部門申請，將其經營範圍進行了變更，其他工商登記事項未發生變更。目前相關手續已經辦理完畢，並取得了尋烏縣市場監督管理局和廣州市花都區市場監督管理局換髮的《營業執照》。具體情況如下：
江西宏輝經營範圍變更前為果品蔬菜收購、加工、冷藏、銷售；果品蔬菜進出口貿易；變更後為許可項目：貨物進出口，食品生產，食品經營，初級農產品收購，農產品的生產、銷售、加工、運輸、貯藏及其他相關服務。
廣州正通經營範圍變更前為收購農副產品；農產品初加工服務；水果批發；乾果、堅果批發；蔬菜批發；食用菌批發；水果零售，乾果、堅果零售；蔬菜零售；食用菌零售；其他農產品倉儲；其他倉儲業(不含原油、成品油倉儲、燃氣倉儲、危險品倉儲)；冷庫租賃服務；貨物進出口(專營專控商品除外)；技術進出口；變更後為乾果、堅果批發；水果零售；乾果、堅果零售；收購農副產品；其他倉儲業(不含原油、成品油倉儲、燃氣倉儲、危險品倉儲)；技術進出口；食用菌批發；蔬菜批發；食用菌零售；蔬菜零售；冷庫租賃服務；其他農產品倉儲；貨物進出口(專營專控商品除外)；水果批發；農產品初加工服務；蔬菜收購；穀物倉儲；冷凍肉批發；冷凍肉零售；海味乾貨批發；蛋類批發；水產品批發；生鮮家禽批發；鮮肉批發(僅限豬、牛、羊肉)；糕點、麪包製造(不含現場製售)；餅乾及其他焙烤食品製造(不含現場製售)；糖果、巧克力製造；速凍食品製造；預包裝食品批發；糕點、糖果及糖批發；散裝食品批發；預包裝食品零售；糕點、麪包零售；散裝食品零售；米、面製品及食用油批發；肉製品批發(鮮肉、冷卻肉除外)；乳製品批發
