中信建投(601066.SH):變更持有5%以上股權的股東行政許可申請獲證監會受理
格隆匯6月12日丨中信建投(601066.SH)公佈,公司就第一大股東北京國有資本經營管理中心擬將所持公司約26.84億股A股股份(佔總股本的35.11%)無償劃轉至北京金融控股集團有限公司事項,於2020年4月23日向中國證監會提交了關於變更持有5%以上股權的股東的行政許可申請。
近日,公司收到《中國證監會行政許可申請受理單》(受理序號:200845),中國證監會依法受理此次變更股東申請。此次變更股東申請尚需取得中國證監會核准。公司將根據事項進展情況及時履行信息披露義務。
