賽象科技(002337.SZ):擬與寧夏神州輪胎簽署債權債務重組協議
格隆匯6月12日丨賽象科技(002337.SZ)公佈,為了加速應收賬款清收,防範經營風險,公司擬與寧夏神州輪胎有限公司(“寧夏神州”)於2020年6月12日在天津簽署叁份《債權債務重組協議》,針對寧夏神州欠付賽象科技部分應收賬款人民幣12,755,245元進行債務重組,寧夏神州以電匯形式向公司支付貨款人民幣10,204,196元,剩餘人民幣2,551,049元視為債務重組損失,此款項收到後,涉及上述應收款項的債權債務關係完全解除。
