王府井(600859.SH)：已於6月10日將內幕信息知情人名單通過上交所公司業務管理系統報送
格隆匯6月11日丨王府井(600859.SH)發佈關於免税品經營資質相關事項的監管工作函的回覆公告，2020年6月9日，公司收到首旅集團轉來的《財政部關於王府井集團股份有限公司免税品經營資質問題的通知》，授予公司免税品經營資質，允許公司經營免税品零售業務。公司於當天晚間通過上海證券交易所網站及中國證券報發佈了《關於公司獲得免税品經營資質的公告》，公平、及時的向投資者披露了有關信息。
內幕知情人管理方面，經審慎核實，2019年4月末，公司已按照有關法律法規和公司內幕知情人管理制度就該事項建立了內幕知情人檔案，並根據實際情況陸續調整內幕知情人檔案。公司在建立和調整內幕知情人檔案的同時，向相關人員宣讀並強調內幕知情人管理制度，督促有關人員嚴格履行信息保密職責。公司在相關信息正式披露前嚴格遵守了相關法律法規要求，不存在提前泄露內幕信息的情形。
2020年5月28日中午，有個別媒體記者突然在微信中詢問公司工作人員關於大股東申請免税牌照事宜，公司工作人員表示未曾聽説相關情況，考慮到對方公共媒體的特殊身份，相關人員也提示對方不要隨意相信傳聞並傳播相關內容，以避免對市場進行誤導。在未經公司同意，也未再與公司人員有任何溝通和核對的情形下，該記者直接在網站上報道：針對控股股東北京首旅公司申請免税牌照的市場傳聞，王府井內部人士透露，暫時沒聽説過所述情況，請不要隨意相信傳聞並且傳播。公司當時並不知曉申報免税品經營資質事項的進展。相關人員並未參與申報免税品經營資質工作。
在收到首旅集團轉來的《財政部關於王府井集團股份有限公司免税品經營資質問題的通知》前，公司免税品經營資質申請始終處於論證研究階段，公司及控股股東沒有收到任何政府部門文件，也沒有與任何客户或合作方進行商業洽談，沒有簽署任何合同或協議，不存在應披露未披露的信息。
根據監管工作函要求，公司按照有關法律法規認真彙總核實了內幕知情人檔案，並已於2020年6月10日將內幕信息知情人名單通過上海證券交易所公司業務管理系統報送。
