華星創業(300025.SZ)簽署中國移動無線網絡優化服務集中採購(日常優化部分)框架協議
格隆匯6月11日丨華星創業(300025.SZ)公佈，公司已與中國移動通信集團(“中國移動”)下屬廣東、江蘇、山西公司(“廣東移動”、“江蘇移動”、“山西移動”)分別簽署《廣東移動2020年至2022年無線網絡優化服務集中採購(日常優化部分)項目框架合同(杭州華星)》、《中國移動通信集團江蘇有限公司2020年至2022年無線網絡優化服務集中採購(日常優化部分)框架協議》、《山西移動2020年至2022年無線網絡優化服務集中採購(日常優化)項目(杭州華星創業通信技術股份有限公司)框架合同》。
該框架協議名稱：《廣東移動2020年至2022年無線網絡優化服務集中採購(日常優化部分)項目框架合同(杭州華星)》、《中國移動通信集團江蘇有限公司2020年至2022年無線網絡優化服務集中採購(日常優化部分)框架協議》、《山西移動2020年至2022年無線網絡優化服務集中採購(日常優化)項目(杭州華星創業通信技術股份有限公司)框架合同》。
該框架協議約定公司在廣東省、江蘇省、山西省向中國移動提供無線網絡優化服務，內容主要包括：網管性能分析優化、集中測試分析優化、網絡信令分析優化、網絡結構分析優化等。有效期為該框架協議生效日起至2023年3月31日。
服務名稱：無線網絡優化服務(日常優化部分)；服務內容：提供無線網絡優化服務，內容主要包括：網管性能分析優化、集中測試分析優化、網絡信令分析優化、網絡結構分析優化等；服務區域：廣東省、江蘇省、山西省；合同金額合計1.97億元。
此次招標是中國移動以集團集採的方式進行。該框架協議的簽署，將保持公司在中國移動網絡優化業務中的業務規模，穩定公司的業務收入。
在價格競爭加劇的背景下，行業集中化、規模化的趨勢就越發明顯，市場份額向規模更大、實力更強的設備商和服務商集中。公司是在第三方網優公司身份中獲得份額較大的企業之一，該框架協議的簽署對公司業務有積極的影響。
