傳領展(00823.HK)以3.9億英鎊洽購倫敦甲廈The Cabot
內地房地產資訊平台《明天地》引述英國傳媒報道,領展(00823.HK)正在洽購位於倫敦核心商業區的商業大廈The Cabot,作價達3.9億英鎊。
該寫字樓位於金絲雀碼頭(Canary Wharf),由美國房地產投資公司Hines持有,樓高17層,面積達45萬平方呎,當中有約20萬平方呎正在大規模翻新。國際投行摩根士丹利歐洲總部亦設立於此。
報道指,黑石集團此前於3月曾有意以同樣價錢洽購,但交易最終告吹。以作價3.9億英鎊計,該商廈每年回報率達4.75%。
