周生生(00116.HK):港澳地區今年續租租金減幅達30至40%
周生生(00116.HK)管理層在股東會後見記者。財務長兼公司秘書陳志光表示,中國內地的店舖截至3月底已有95%或以上重開,5月至6月銷售已大幅回復。由於港澳地區的銷售有50%來自訪港旅客,而2至5月份訪港旅客大幅下跌,因此期內業務表現未見有大改善。
他又指,公司在今年積極與業主商談減租,2至4月份港澳地區的店舖減幅約20%。隨著5月份疫情緩和,業主態度開始強硬。續租情況方面,港澳地區約70間店舖中,每年約有三分之一要續租,踏入今年已約有一半店舖續租,減租幅度達30%至40%,餘下有四間確定不續租。
主席兼集團總經理周永成認為,未來仍要繼續縮減港澳地區的分店,坦言遊客區的生意大幅下降,覺得香港本地市場的規模較內地小,將來會多放資源在內地。
