uSMART友信智投6月8日消息，京東集團-SW今日啟動香港二次上市的公開招股，股份代號為9618.HK，跟阿里、網易二次上市一樣，採取全電子化申購程式，以下為招股簡況：

（1）全球發售股份：133,000,000股發售股份（視乎超額配股權行使與否而定）
（2）香港發售股份：6,650,000股發售股份（可予調整）
（3）國際發售股份：26,350,000股發售股份（可予調整及視乎超額配股權行使與否而定）

（1）最高公開發售價 ： 236.00港元/股
（2）每手股數：50股
（3）一手入場費：11,918.91港元

【回撥機制】
認購超100倍，公開發售將從5%提升至12%
香港公開發售初步可供認購6,650,000股發售股份，佔全球發售初步可供認購發售股份數目的5%。
根據目前市況，倘根據香港公開發售有效申請的發售股份數目相當於香港公開發售初步可供認購發售股份總數的(a) 15倍或以上但少於50倍，(b) 50倍或以上但少於100倍及(c)100倍或以上，則發售股份將由國際發售重新分配至香港公開發售。
由於此重新分配，根據香港公開發售可供認購的發售股份總數將增加至11,970,000股發售股份（在(a)的情況下）、13,300,000股發售股份（在(b)的情況下）及15,960,000股發售股份（在(c)的情況下），分別相當於全球發售初步可供認購發售股份總數的9%、10%及12%（在行使任何超額配股權前）。
【超額配股權】
京東-SW預期向國際承銷商授出超額配股權，可由聯席代表（代表國際承銷商）自國際承銷協議日期起至遞交香港公開發售申請截止日期後30日內任何時間行使，據此，京東-SW或須按國際發售價發行最多合共19,950,000股A類普通股（即不超過根據全球發售初步可供認購的發售股份數目的15%），以用於補足國際發售的超額分配（如有）等用途。
