樂視退(300104.SZ)：李曉偉及朱鵬博與賈躍亭不存在關聯關係
格隆匯6月8日丨樂視退(300104.SZ)公佈，近期，公司注意有媒體報報道了《融創已0元割肉？28萬樂視網股東正絕望時，尾盤突現神祕大單》，報道中稱：
“由泰合永信企業管理(天津)合夥企業與泰合永誠企業管理(天津)合夥企業各持股50%，這兩家企業背後是一家共同的公司——天津泰合盈信企業管理有限公司，由李曉偉和朱鵬博分別持有這家公司50%的股權。李曉偉是致新雲網的實際控制人，其名下擔任股東和法人的公司僅有致新雲網和泰合盈信。而致新雲網的監事朱鵬博，則同時擔任樂視新媒體文化(天津)有限公司的法人，這家公司是樂視網100%持股企業。
記者在網上找到一份《樂視網：第二期股票期權激勵計劃激勵對象名單》，其中也有一位朱鵬博，職位為出納兼助理，屬於“其他核心技術(業務)人員”。如果二者為一人，那麼朱鵬博應是“賈氏樂視網”的老員工。”
為避免投資者產生歧義，公司現做如下澄清説明：
1、關於李曉偉和朱鵬博任職兼職情況。
李曉偉自2019年3月至今，於樂融致新電子科技(天津)有限公司(原樂視網子公司)任職市場營銷總經理，此外，目前擔任致新雲網企業管理(天津)有限公司法人、經理、執行董事、天津泰合盈信企業管理有限公司法人、經理、執行董事、股東，泰合永信企業管理(天津)合夥企業(有限合夥)股東。
朱鵬博自2012年1月至今，於樂視網歷任財務主管、財務經理、税務經理，此外，目前擔任致新雲網企業管理(天津)有限公司監事，天津泰合盈信企業管理有限公司監事、股東，泰合永誠企業管理(天津)合夥企業(有限合夥)股東，樂視新媒體文化(天津)有限公司法人。
2、關於李曉偉、朱鵬博與融創集團、盈瑞匯鑫的關係
公司於2020年6月5日披露了《關於對深圳證券交易所關注函回覆的公告》(公告編號：2020-038)，李曉偉與朱鵬博已向公司書面確認，他們與融創集團、盈瑞匯鑫不存在關聯關係，不存在其他隱性關係，不存在股權代持情形。
3、關於李曉偉、朱鵬博與賈躍亭的關係
網上出現上述報道後，為避免投資者產生歧義，李曉偉與朱鵬博已向公司書面確認，他們與賈躍亭不存在關聯關係，不存在其他隱性關係，不存在股權代持情形。
