佳寧娜(00126.HK)預計年度純利顯著下降
格隆匯6月8日丨佳寧娜(00126.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2020年3月31日止年度的股東應占溢利較去年將會錄得顯著下降。這主要是由於上個財政年度錄得的重大投資物業的重估收益;及在2020年度因社會事件及爆發新型冠狀病毒令市場環境轉差而導致餐飲、食品及酒店業務收入的減少所致。
於2020年度最後一個季度,集團餐飲、食品及酒店業務的表現嚴重受到新型冠狀病毒爆發所影響。集團已實施了一系列在食材、勞工及租金方面的成本控制操施,藉以把疫症爆發對集團營運及財務的影響降至最低。集團一直密切注視市場狀況並調整商業策略,從增加推廣、折扣優惠和外賣及上門送遞等以刺激銷售。
儘管上述情況,集團維持穩健現金流及財務狀況,以及有充足現金應付業務的需要。
