主動退市5年後迴歸，ST國重裝（601399.SH）漲150%

從股轉中心跨越到滬市主板，4.82萬户股東守得雲開見月明。
ST國重裝主動退市5年後重新上市，首日不設漲跌幅限制，開盤漲超80%，隨後漲幅繼續擴大，盤中臨時停牌，停牌前漲134.94%，再度復牌後漲150%。
作為A股第一隻主動退市股，6月7日晚間，ST國重裝發佈公告稱，公司於2020年3月13日收到上交所的《關於國機重型裝備集團股份有限公司人民幣普通股股票重新上市交易的通知》，上交所同意公司股票重新上市。
這意味着，歷經5年，公司終於兑現了重新上市的承諾，公司4.82萬户股東將享受從股轉中心跨越到滬市主板的巨大利好，守得雲開見月明。
ST國重裝不僅頭頂“國內主動退市第一股”光環，重新上市後，其也將成為首例適用上交所新交易機制的個股，適用盤中臨時停牌。”
此前，上海證券交易所於2020年6月6日（週六）組織開展了退市股票重新上市首日交易機制調整通關測試，要求全體市場參與者參加，模擬國機重裝（ST國重裝）重新上市首日的委託申報、成交回報、臨時停復牌、行情展示、盤後報表、清算交收等環節，驗證相關市場各方的技術系統功能。
新適用的《上海證券交易所風險警示板股票交易管理辦法》顯示，重新上市股票上市首日競價交易出現盤中交易價格較當日開盤價格首次上漲或下跌達到或超過30%、盤中交易價格較當日開盤價格首次上漲或下跌達到或超過60%以及中國證監會或者上交所認定應實施盤中臨時停牌的其他情形的任何一種情形則需要實施盤中臨時停牌。
而此前對於退市股票重新上市首日規定為“當日股票交易價格較開盤價首次上漲或下跌超過10%（含）、單次上漲或下跌超過20%（含）時，會實施盤中臨時停牌，且第二次停牌持續至14:57分。據中證報報道，此前國機重裝還曾提醒投資者，公司存在因現金分紅能力不足無法進行股權類再融資、下游行業景氣度下降、未來三年盈利預測實現具有一定不確定性、中國重機業務調整導致業績下滑及中國重機未來三年盈利預測實現不確定性等風險，在重新上市初期切忌盲目跟風“炒新”。
但股民們選擇“用腳投票”。值得一提的是，從2013年到2020年，歷時7年改革歷程，二重重裝經歷了主動退市的陣痛，推動進行了資產重整並引入戰投獲得新生，打造了集科工貿於一體的國家高端重型裝備旗艦企業——國機重裝。
