美好置業(000667.SZ):2020年度擬向控股股東及其關聯方借款 預計不超5億元
格隆匯6月5日丨美好置業(000667.SZ)公佈,為保障公司的業務發展,2020年度公司擬向控股股東美好未來企業管理集團有限公司(“美好集團”)及其關聯方借款,預計借款總額不超過5億元,公司將支付不超過11%/年的資金佔用費,用於公司項目開發及補充流動資金。具體借款協議將根據公司需求,待實際發生時簽訂。
鑑於美好集團為公司控股股東,該事項構成關聯交易,公司按照相關法律、法規和公司《關聯交易管理制度》履行審批程序。
