格隆匯6月5日丨華誼嘉信(300071.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年6月5日召開的第三屆董事會第九十三次會議審議通過了關於《控股股東為公司委託貸款融資提供擔保暨關聯交易》的議案,公司因償還債務需要向深圳市高新投融資擔保有限公司申請辦理委託貸款業務,融資金額人民幣36971.75萬元,融資期限6個月,融資款由深圳聯合產權交易所深圳產權拍賣有限責任公司代為發放。公司控股股東劉偉提供擔保無限連帶責任擔保,擔保期限6個月。最終內容以簽署合同為準。
