新化股份(603867.SH)擬以募集資金向新化綜服借款不超8200萬元實施募投項目
格隆匯6月5日丨新化股份(603867.SH)公佈,公司於2020年6月5日召開第五屆董事會第二次會議和第五屆監事會第二次會議,審議通過了《關於使用募集資金向全資子公司提供借款實施募投項目的議案》,同意公司向全資子公司建德市新化綜合服務有限公司(以下簡稱“新化綜服”)提供借款人民幣不超過8200萬元,用於實施“建德市新化綜合服務有限公司58100噸/年廢酸、11600噸/年廢鹼、10000噸/年廢有機溶劑資源化綜合利用遷建項目”。
