《盈警響號》恆隆地產(00101.HK)及恆隆集團(00010.HK)料今年度業績或錄虧損
恆隆地產(00101.HK)及恆隆集團(00010.HK)聯合公布,由於新型冠狀病毒疫情,公司預計2020年財務業績可能因應香港及中國內地的投資物業重估虧損;向集團於香港及內地的租戶提供支援措施(包括租金寬減)等因素而受到不利影響,預期集團可能在2020年財務報表錄得股東應佔虧損,該虧損乃主要來自投資物業的重估虧損。
集團補充,由於未變現重估虧損乃屬非現金性質,而且集團持有之投資物業乃屬長期投資項目以賺取穩定及經常性收入,故此對集團之營運現金流及股息派發能力將不會受到重大影響,集團整體財務及業務狀況仍然維持穩健。
