*ST聚力(002247.SZ)：公司歸還貸款 渤海信託和浦發臨安支行撤訴
格隆匯6月5日丨*ST聚力(002247.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年11月7日披露了渤海國際信託股份有限公司(以下簡稱“渤海信託”)與公司的金融借款合同糾紛一案。渤海信託向河北省石家莊市中級人民法院(以下簡稱“石家莊中院”)起訴公司，認為公司涉及重大訴訟，銀行賬户及應收賬款被多家法院查封凍結，要求公司提前歸還全部貸款；請求法院判令公司歸還借款本金1.2億元及至實際還清之日的利息，請求法院判令餘海峯對債務承擔連帶清償責任等。
公司於2020年11月9日披露了上海浦東發展銀行股份有限公司杭州臨安支行(以下簡稱“浦發臨安支行”)與公司的金融借款合同糾紛一案。浦發臨安支行向杭州市臨安區人民法院(以下簡稱“臨安法院”)起訴公司，認為公司涉及重大訴訟，銀行賬户被多家法院查封，要求公司立即歸還全部借款；請求法院判令公司歸還借款本金3000萬元，利息按照合同約定另行計算，請求判令餘海峯對債務承擔連帶清償責任。
案件進展情況
(一)與渤海信託訴訟案件的進展情況公司已歸還渤海信託的貸款，渤海信託向石家莊中院申請了撤回起訴。公司已收到石家莊中院寄來的(2019)冀01民初986號《民事裁定書》，石家莊中院裁定準許原告渤海信託撤回起訴。
(二)與浦發臨安支行訴訟案件的進展情況公司已歸還浦發臨安支行的貸款，浦發臨安支行向臨安法院申請了撤回起訴。公司已收到臨安法院寄來的(2019)浙0185民初5752號《民事裁定書》，臨安法院准許原告浦發臨安支行撤回起訴。
公司在 2019年10月12日披露的《關於浙江證監局問詢函的回覆公告》(公告編號：2019-086)中補充披露了公司與興業銀行股份有限公司蘇州分行的訴訟事項。剔除該項訴訟，截止本次公告前公司及公司各級控股子公司尚未以單獨公告形式披露的小額訴訟、仲裁事項，其中文化娛樂業務板塊涉案金額為13576.69萬元，新材料業務板塊涉案金額為408.85萬元，合計涉案金額為13985.54萬元，截至2020年4月30日的情況公司已在《2019年年度報告》第五節“重要事項”第十二條“重大訴訟、仲裁事項”部分將有關情況進行了披露。截至目前，公司及公司各級控股子公司不存在其他應披露而未披露的訴訟、仲裁事項。
