港股異動 | 雅居樂集團(3383.HK)大漲逾7% 5月預售金額環比增29%
格隆匯6月5日丨雅居樂集團(3383.HK)近日持續反彈,現大漲7.13%,報9.32港元,暫成交1.2億港元,最新總市值365億港元。雅居樂集團6月3日公佈,5月預售金額138.4億元,環比增長29%。而對應建築面積為99.6萬平方米;平均價為每平方米人民幣13,889元。前5月集團預售金額合計為人民幣402.1億元。大摩指出,公司在海南省擁有較多的土地儲備,預計該集團將會受惠於國務院最新發表的海南自貿港建設方案,這將有利於長線合同銷售及該股的投資前景。
