越秀地產(00123.HK)向控股股東收購兩個新地鐵房地產項目 共涉資35億人幣
越秀地產(00123.HK)公布,透過與其最終控股股東廣州越秀集團訂立兩份越秀地產期權契約,已落實取得可收購兩項新地鐵房地產項目51%權益的權利,總代價分別為16.7億元人民幣(下同)及18.3億元,
公司指,首個項目為水西項目,位於地鐵7號線二期水西北站上蓋,預期將於2023年開始投入服務,佔地面積為8.16萬平方米及總建築面積為33.88萬平方米,可發展住宅樓宇及配套公共設施。;第二個項目為鎮龍項目,佔地面積為24.22萬平方米及總建築面積為70.67萬平方米,可發展住宅樓宇及配套公共設施。
越秀認為,落實收購新地鐵房地產項目51%權益的權利為公司與廣州地鐵建立戰略合作關係以及實現「軌交+物業」業務戰略的重要一環。越秀地產期權將為公司提供機會收購額外優質地塊儲備約105萬平方米,佔集團截至去年12月底止土地儲備約4.38%。(sw/w)
