洽洽食品(002557.SZ):收到歸還的委託貸款本金1億元、利息1115.28萬元
格隆匯6月4日丨洽洽食品(002557.SZ)公佈,公司2019年4月24日第四屆董事會第十九次會議、2019年5月22日2019年第一次臨時股東大會審議通過了《關於對外提供財務資助的議案》,同意公司將人民幣1億元的自有資金通過銀行,以委託貸款的方式向安徽新華控股集團投資有限公司(“新華控股”)提供財務資助。委託貸款期限為委託銀行發放貸款之日起12個月,委託貸款利率為年利率11%,每季度付息一次。該項財務資助相關協議於2019年6月簽訂,期限為12個月。
近日,借款人新華控股歸還上述1億元的財務資助本金及利息,並已於近日到公司辦理完畢還款手續。公司收到新華控股歸還的上述委託貸款本金合計人民幣1億元、截止6月2日利息合計約人民幣1115.28萬元。至此,新華控股已將上述委託貸款的全部本金及利息歸還公司,此次委託貸款未出現逾期情況。
