信星集團(01170.HK)料年度淨虧損約4500萬至6500萬港元
格隆匯6月4日丨信星集團(01170.HK)發佈公告,集團預期於截至2020年3月31日止年度錄得約4500萬港元至約6500萬港元的公司擁有人應占淨虧損,而上年度則錄得溢利。
該預期虧損主要歸因為:(a)銷售額減少,並因零售業環境整體疲弱令平均售價普遍下滑,以及勞工成本佔收益比例有所上升而令影響更為嚴重;(b)由於應客户要求於製造中心之間轉移生產線而產生及與之相關的額外成本造成成本增加;(c)若干物業、廠房及設備以及應收賬目減值虧損;及(d)位於越南中部營運的集團聯屬公司產生的虧損增加,導致應占聯營公司虧損增加。儘管訂單增加,該工廠尚未實現規模經濟以產生溢利。
