山鷹紙業(600567.SH)擬使用募集資金向子公司浙江山鷹增資
格隆匯6月3日丨山鷹紙業(600567.SH)公佈,公司擬以2019年公開發行可轉換公司債券(“鷹19轉債”)的募集資金人民幣11億元及相關利息對全資子公司浙江山鷹紙業有限公司(“浙江山鷹”)進行增資,前述增資款將根據“浙江山鷹紙業77萬噸綠色環保高檔包裝紙升級改造項目”的進度分期撥付到位。
此次增資的資金來源為公司2019年公開發行可轉換公司債券募集的資金。公司對全資子公司浙江山鷹增資是基於募集資金投資項目實際運營的需要,不存在投資風險。募集資金的使用方式、用途等符合公司主營業務發展方向,有利於滿足募投項目資金需求,保障募集資金投資項目的順利實施。此次增資將在《關於變更部分募集資金投資項目的議案》經債券持有人會議及公司股東大會審議通過後實施。
