傳麥格理退租國金一期部分樓面
據《彭博通訊社》報道,麥格理退租部分中環國際金融中心一期的寫字樓樓面,據悉公司將於9月底前退租位於國金一期20樓的13個單位,但會繼續租用其餘三層全層及20樓的其他樓面。
據消息人士指今次退租的樓面涉及1.6萬呎,早前分租予共享工作空間服務提供者,而自10月起該公司將直接向業主承租。
