藍光發展(600466.SH)：5月新增4個房地產項目
格隆匯6月3日丨藍光發展(600466.SH)公佈，2020年5月，公司新增房地產項目情況如下：
1、公司下屬全資子公司鄭州市塬峯置業有限公司通過河南省自然資源網上交易系統公開競得南陽市宛城區G2019-97號地塊。該地塊位於南陽市宛城區雪楓路以北、泰山路以西，土地面積約為71.22畝，1.0≤容積率≤2.5，土地用途為住宅用地，出讓年限為70年。該地塊成交總價為4.642億元，目前公司持有該項目100%的權益。
2、公司下屬控股子公司煙台達源置業有限公司通過煙台市土地市場網公開競得煙J[2020]2002號地塊。該地塊位於煙台市萊山區，東至規劃路，西至世貿東路，南至規劃路，北至金橋路，土地面積約為113.13畝，1.90＜容積率≤1.91，土地用途為住宅、商服、公共管理與公共服務，出讓年限為住宅70年、商服40年、公共管理與公共服務50年。該地塊成交總價為11.145億元，目前公司持有該項目51%的權益。
3、公司下屬控股子公司咸陽銀吉置業有限公司通過咸陽市公共資源交易中心公開競得咸陽市2020-06-04號地塊。該地塊位於咸陽市咸陽力高房地產公司以東、中華西路以南、西環路以西、咸陽高新恆潤置業公司以北，土地面積約為94.98畝，1.20＜容積率＜2.90，土地用途為住宅用地，出讓年限為70年。該地塊成交總價為5.509億元，目前公司持有該項目66%的權益。
4、公司下屬全資子公司西安燁坤置業有限公司通過股權收購方式取得西安市臨潼LT1-(99)-373號地塊，股權收購交易總對價為4.67億元。該地塊位於西安市臨潼區，東鄰芷渭東五路、西鄰芷渭東四路、南鄰秦漢大道、北鄰秦漢北一路，土地面積約為154.72畝，其中住宅地塊112.68畝，容積率≤2.6；商服地塊42.04畝，容積率≤3.5，土地用途為住宅、商服，出讓年限為住宅70年、商服40年。目前公司持有該項目100%的權益。
上述項目，未來可能因股權轉讓、引進合作方共同開發等原因導致公司在項目中所佔的權益比例發生變化。目前披露的權益比例，僅供投資者階段性參考。
