嘉耀控股(01626.HK)附屬湖北金三峽與河南中煙等訂立銷售協議
格隆匯6月3日丨嘉耀控股(01626.HK)發佈公告，2020年6月3日，公司附屬公司湖北金三峽(i)與龍巖煙草、河南中煙及湖南中煙訂立銷售協議；及(ii)就提供紙質捲煙包裝加工服務與武漢虹的彩及武漢紅金龍訂立加工協議。
根據銷售協議，湖北金三峽同意向龍巖煙草供應，而龍巖煙草同意為捲煙品牌“七匹狼”的一個子品牌按介乎約每件人民幣0.1914元至約每件人民幣0.8204元的單價向湖北金三峽採購紙質捲煙包裝，期限為2020年6月3日至2020年12月31日；湖北金三峽同意向河南中煙供應，而河南中煙同意為捲煙品牌“黃金葉”的若干子品牌及“紅旗渠”的若干子品牌，分別按介乎約每件人民幣0.0683元至約每件人民幣9.1743元及約每件人民幣0.1305元至約每件人民幣0.7251元的單價，向湖北金三峽採購紙質捲煙包裝，期限為2020年6月3日至2020年12月31日；湖北金三峽同意向湖南中煙供應，而湖南中煙同意為捲煙品牌“和天下”的若干子品牌、捲煙品牌“白沙”的若干子品牌及捲煙品牌“芙蓉王”的若干子品牌，分別按介乎約每件人民幣0.4034元至每件人民幣10.3791元、約每件人民幣0.2053元至每件人民幣8.877元，及約每件人民幣0.2867元至每件人民幣1.6892元的單價向湖北金三峽採購紙質捲煙包裝，期限為2020年6月3日至2020年12月31日。
此外，根據加工協議，湖北金三峽同意向武漢虹之彩提供紙質捲煙包裝加工服務，加工費用介乎每件人民幣0.09元至每件人民幣7.62元，視乎所要求的加工服務種類而定，期限為2020年6月3日至2020年12月31日；湖北金三峽同意向武漢紅金龍提供紙質捲煙包裝加工服務，加工費用介乎約每件人民幣0.0063元至每件人民幣0.2083元，視乎所要求的加工服務種類而定，期限為2020年6月3日至2020年12月31日。
