工行董事长:确保普惠贷款增长高於40%
据《上海证券报》引述中国工商银行(01398.HK)(601398.SH)董事长陈四清表示,确保普惠贷款较年初增长高於40%。重点加大信用类贷款投放,提升中长期贷款占比,加大「首贷户」支持力度。认真落实政策新要求,将普惠小微贷款延期还本付息再延长,最长可延至明年3月底。
在降成本、减费用方面,进一步降低小微企业综合性融资成本,特别是对湖北地区小微企业,在去年市场较低水平的基础上,再降低综合融资成本不少於1个百分点。
今年首五个月,工行已累计向小微企业发放普惠贷款4,438亿元人民币(下同),贷款增速远超全行贷款平均增速,小微企业的信用贷款额度提升至最高1,000万元。
