*ST雲投(002200.SZ):控股股東同意向公司提供3.91億元借款
格隆匯6月2日丨*ST雲投(002200.SZ)公佈,因公司控股股東雲投集團向公司提供的1億元委託貸款將於2020年7月27日到期,為支持公司業務發展,經與雲投集團協商,雲投集團同意繼續通過委託貸款的方式,將上述資金借予公司,用於借新還舊。
同時,因公司流動資金較為緊張,為保證公司正常經營,經與雲投集團協商,雲投集團同意向公司提供3.91億元借款,用於補充流動資金。上述借款金額合計4.91億元,借款期限一年,利率按5.35%/年收取。利率主要參考雲投集團的融資成本確定。
