財通證券(601108.SH):控股股東出資人由浙江省財務開發公司變更為浙江省財政廳
格隆匯6月2日丨財通證券(601108.SH)公佈,近日,財通證券股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”)接到《浙江省金融控股有限公司關於告知控股股東變更的函》,獲悉控股股東浙江省金融控股有限公司的出資人由浙江省財務開發公司變更為浙江省財政廳,上述事項相關工商變更程序正在辦理過程中。浙江省財務開發公司已更名為浙江省財務開發有限責任公司,詳見公司於2020年5月15日披露的《關於間接控股股東改制及更名的公告》。上述變更完成後,公司控股股東、實際控制人未發生變化。
