康芝藥業(300086.SZ):子公司擬申請3.1億元的長期貸款並由公司提供擔保
格隆匯6月1日丨康芝藥業(300086.SZ)公佈,公司全資子公司海南康芝醫療科技有限公司(“康芝醫療”)因根據第五屆董事會第三次會議審議通過的《關於公司投資建設海南(國際)醫療防護用品生產基地的議案》投資建設“康芝·海南(國際)醫療防護生產基地”項目所需,擬向中國農業發展銀行海口市瓊山支行申請3.1億元人民幣的10年期長期貸款,並由公司為其3.1億元貸款及利息提供擔保(擔保方式包括資產抵押、質押和連帶責任保證擔保等)。
