格隆匯6月1日丨金沙中國有限公司(01928.HK)公佈，COVID-19全球大流行所引起的干擾情況對金沙中國截至2020年3月31日止3個月的財務狀況及營運造成重大不利影響，期間淨收益總額為8.08億美元，同比下跌65.3%。首季取得經營虧損1.33億美元及淨虧損1.66億美元，相較過往年度同期則為經營收入6.24億美元及淨收入5.57億美元。
該季度，經調整物業EBITDA總額為6700萬美元，相較過往年度同期則為8.58億美元。於2020年3月31日，金沙中國持有現金及現金等價物總額8.14億美元，而根據其循環無抵押信貸融資可供動用的借貸限額為20億美元。
此外，金沙中國於2020年4月的淨收益總額為900萬美元，同比下跌98.7%。金沙中國於2020年4月取得經營虧損1.64億美元及淨虧損1.8億美元，相較過往年度同期則為經營收入1.66億美元及淨收入1.48億美元。
由於COVID-19全球大流行持續造成影響，故相較就於2019年4月經調整物業EBITDA總額約2.39億美元的按日經調整物業EBITDA約800萬美元，金沙中國於4月的財務表現反映就於4月經調整物業EBITDA虧損總額約1.05億美元的按日經調整物業EBITDA虧損約350萬美元。
根據可得的初步資料，相對於2020年4月的淨收益、經營虧損、淨虧損及經調整物業EBITDA虧損，於2020年5月的淨收益、經營虧損、淨虧損及經調整物業EBITDA虧損並無重大差異。
在目前受到COVID-19全球大流行影響的經營環境下，金沙中國按月估計經營成本約1.1億美元、開發及保養資本開支約6500萬美元及利息開支約2500萬美元。金沙中國已採取各種緩和措施成功過渡現時環境。於2020年4月17日，金沙中國宣佈其董事會已議決不建議派付截至2019年12月31日止年度的末期股息。
