《即日市评》港股六月首日弹高 沽空率急降 港金融及地产股扬
恒指於「五穷月」累挫1,682点或6.8%後，六月首日回升。美国总统特朗普上周五表示正指示官员采取措施，撤销对香港的特殊待遇及将修改国务院针对香港的旅游建议，以回应中国对香港实施国安法，但他未有谈及中美首阶段贸易协议及对香港实施金融制裁，未如市场此前预期般强硬；而美国明尼苏达州警员涉嫌使用过度武力导致一名黑人死亡，事件触发美国多地示威，《美国广播公司》与《华盛顿邮报》最新民意调查显示美拜登的支持度升至53%，高於总统特朗普的43%。执笔之时执笔之时美股道指期货跌81点或0.3%，美汇指数跌至97.9780。中国5月财新制造业PMI为50.7高於预期，为2月以来最高，上证综指升2.2%收2,915，内地创业板指数涨3.4%，沪深两市成交额共7,616亿人民币。
财政司司长陈茂波指联系汇率不需获美国同意，未见明显资金外流及市场异常。恒指高开578点後升幅扩大，曾升844点一度高见23,806点，全日升771点或3.4%，收23,732点；国指升272点或2.9%，收9,833点。大市全日成交总额1,507.53亿元，沪、深港通南下交易半日净流入金额分别为6.72亿及22.82亿元人民币。美团点评(03690.HK)、腾讯(00700.HK)及阿里巴巴(09988.HK)股价各上扬2.2%、4.5%及4.4%。
【港银地产股 受买盘追捧】
本港金融及地产股弹高，港交所(00388.HK)股价攀升4.7%，友邦(01299.HK)抽上5.2%，汇控(00005.HK)及中银(02388.HK)股价分别走高2.1%及3.9%，恒生(00011.HK)升3.5%；恒生地产分类指数升4.3%，新地(00016.HK)抢高6.1%收94.45元，长实集团(01113.HK)及新世界发展(00017.HK)各升3.1%及5.6%。
美国投行杰富瑞发表报告表示，就中国全国人大通过落实港区国安法，美国总统特朗普上周五表示指示官员采取措施，撤销对香港的特殊待遇，以回应中国对香港实施国家安全法案，而该行认为特朗普所谈及取态象徵意义较大，但相信暂时的实质影响有限，基於香港已属一大型经济区域(包括在大湾区内)，该行相信香港的金融板块不会受到显着影响。杰富瑞表示对美国举动并不感到意外，但不预期会动摇香港的金融市场地位，料香港遭到资本限制的机会非常低。
【沽空率急降 领展有支持】
港股今日市宽改善，主板股票的升跌比率为34比12(上日22为比22)，上升股份1,274只(升幅3.7%)，恒指成份股今日49只股份上升，下跌股份1只，升跌比率为98比2(上日为19比29)；大市今日录沽空192.27亿元，占可沽空股份成交1,315.63亿元的14.615%(上日22.673%)。
领展(00823.HK)全日每基金单位价格抽升5.8%收61.3元，公司中午公布截至今年3月底止年度末期业绩，扣除与基金单位持有人交易前亏损171.22亿元，有别於去年同期录203.29亿元溢利。经调整并计入一笔2.91亿元的酌情分派後，可分派总额达59.65亿元，按年增长4.23%。末期每基金单位分派145.72仙，全年每基金单位分派增加5.9%至287.19仙。期内，收益及物业收入净额分别按年增长6.8%及6.9%至107.18亿元及及82.20亿元。香港物业组合中，零售收益总额增加7%，於今年3月31日，平均每月租金按年轻微上升3.4%至每平方尺70.3元。
花旗发表报告指，领展公布2020财年全年业绩，整体业绩表现符合该行预期。全年每基金单位分派按年增加5.9%至2.8719元，较该行预期的2.9082元为低。最终的分派包括14仙的额外分派。基於中午收市价每股59.85元，2020财年的派息收益率为4.8厘。
