南京銀行(601009.SH):與江蘇交通控股簽訂戰略合作協議
格隆匯6月1日丨南京銀行(601009.SH)公佈,2020年5月28日,公司與江蘇交通控股有限公司(“交通控股”)在南京簽訂了《江蘇交通控股有限公司南京銀行股份有限公司戰略合作協議》,確立長期戰略合作伙伴關係。交通控股為公司第三大股東。
根據協議,雙方本着長期合作、互相支持、共謀發展的原則,在充分協商的基礎上,願意結成長期戰略合作伙伴關係。雙方合作領域主要包括投融資服務、現金管理服務、資產託管服務、零售業務服務、黨建共建及其他金融服務。
